Got a call from firm handling the offer PR for Velvet. Asked if vekvet was to adjust offer what would it have to be to lock up shares. I take this as shareholders have not been receptive to velvet and documents/news releases. So now they are scrambling as velvet needs thr land plus the vehicle to go public too.
