Is this done?

Are there enough shares held by management, directors, etc., to close the deal with majority.  If one does not tender shares, then what happens on Sept 24? to untendered shares?  Moving forward, if deal falls apart, then management will have very little interest in doing anything.  It is obvious they want out.

Management, Directors, Bison and the like are in for a 2 bagger.  They picked up a lot when SP was in the 40 cent range, so they walk out good.

...which is a perfect example why managment in these situations do not perform their feduciary duty for the shareholders which they are supposed to serve. In takeover situations, expecially in Jr. Resources sector, management looks after themselves first, and shareholders last if at all.
