What about our 20 million worth of asset that they bought?

What have they put this companies money into?

Shouldnt we know before we vote, what about share holders rights ?

Why are we only worth two cents a share, something doesnt add up?

So what happens if we vote "No?"  What about dissenting?  Apparently its quite a complicated procedure.  Does anyone have any advice re dissenting, or should I just accept that my $5000 investment is now going to be worth $60?  Yes I bought 30000 shares at 0.16 in 2008.  After the reverse split I now have 3000
