I have been along long time follower and had to create a profile before the lights went out. The legal expiry for the Plan of Arrangement is May 21 i believe so you should see some activity in your acct after that . Mine are still in my Direct Investing acct frozen in time.
Most of the provincial security commissions are just about useless- overpaid bums.
I hope mgmt chokes on the shares and CRA does not allow the tax losses to carry forward.
As you have commented the vote was rigged and now that they own more than 90 %, they should be able to force the rest out.
2 things still puzzle me is how a BC Company, would have a vote in Hong Kong and how sharesholders were all paid the same.- it just reeks.
spend your 2 cents wisely and dont waste your time thanking a Warren Buffet wannabe (good 40) nothing wrong to say you are right, but not necessary to throw salt in the wounds.
