imurhuckleberry,it would be ok to wait 5 years and then get $10 per share, but realisitcally what will 5 years do?wait 5 years and sell at $3?

Current conditions are too uncertain.....if I could predict the gold price will be standard in 5 years, yes, waiting those years would be very easy. Predicting Chet's ego is much easier as his history shows he will not "sellout". Maybe he's negotiating now, but I find it highly unlikely he will take $2-$3 a share.
