So heres mine also.
Ole market performance last 4 months very poor, this last week near 2008 lows Not Good value wise. They state 3.2 million ozs 2010 ,my guess with the new reserve est. coming up next month bumps it up to approx. 3.7 million Now wheres OLE share in this approx 2.2 million ozs. 40 o/o senegal Gov. at least 10 o/o so and don't forget management bonouses and god knows who else is going to dip their fingers into the pie.
Gold at $1600 oz. OLE would receive around $80. oz maybe 1.75 Million gross,
But gold trading at $1800. an oz. a differednt story
Gold trading at $2000. an oz. a much different story then OLE could receive as much as $125. an oz. then that would bump their value to $270. Million assuming there 40 o/o share
As far as who's going to buy them not TGZ( I think that's the symbol) they don't have the capital, I think it would be the other way they would be bought out with them, I think it will be IAM Gold or Rand Gold if anything is to become of this.
That's just my thoughts so don't take it to the bank
