Realism

As a realist, I am almost positive that if Chet doesn't get at least 1 billion he won't sell. That's reality.

Hey Mallard what happens if and when Chet does not get a 1 billion dollar offer before cash runs out by the end of this fiscal year.  It will be a year since they have stopped drilling. Yes he could raise some more money and keep drilling but what good would that do considering the dilution we would all go through and the low share price he will be forced to raise at.  Also ...more

That would be over 6 bucks a share.  Why do you think that is realistic?

It would be just under $3.00 per share.  We only have 43.5% of the property. $435 million / 150.6 million fully diluted shares = $2.89 plus or minus considering the % the government gets off the top.

Being reading replies on "realism" and and got me thinking of when I got in, then it got me drinking. A couple of years ago Mackie put a target on this baby (let's say foetus) of $3.25 and wildly wishing for a TFSA big hit I bought in knowing in 2013 big construction bills would be a discussion with the soon to be angry contractor.
