If TGZ is buyer...

then the FS is irrelevant.  The feasibility study is for determining the economics of building a mine.  TGZ already has a mine in operation so a FS is irrelevant.  The only relevance for TGZ & its existing mine is the 43-101 and geology.

So, this naturally begs the question for me... If its TGZ, why the delay?

The study will not be irrelevant to TGZ.  I realize that the primary purpose of the feas study is to show the value of the project including the construction on the mine but the study will be able to show TGZ the value of OLE even having to build a mine and that can influence the price TGZ or anyone else is willing to pay for OLE.

I agree & thus an FS is irrelevant.  An FS is utilized to determine the ROI on the huge capital expenditure required to build out a mill to process the ore.  It is only valuable in determining the value of a company if a mill needs to be built.  TGZ doesn't run a new FS every time they discover a new deposit... the 43-101 & geology (grade, type, &
