My point in the irrelevance of a FS is that I have a hard time seeing this as a (or the) hold up to a buyout...especially if it were to be TGZ. 

Heck, the Revised PFS by OLE was very good... I'm just affraid that there isn't really an interested buyer.

While it may not be all that relevant to TGZ, it certainly is a negociation tool for OLE.
