Sounds like more than one party....

wants in.  I believe TGZ will make a move in the near future.  They have way too much to lose if they do not.  Majors have taken notice of what a great combination TGZ and OLE would make.  Lets see if TGZ can put something together here in the next month or so before a big producer comes in and makes an attempt (I guess it would have to be hostile because I believe OLE wants to merge with TGZ first) to take them both.  Again why would they ( a major or mid tier with deep pockets or enough stock ) not make a move now before TGZ does? Why wait a year or two and have to pay 50% or 100% more for the two properties when they can buy them both now on the cheap by taking advantage of both weak share prices?

Tony   Sorry but keep repeating the obvious isn't going to change what's already in motion. OLE needs to file the reports just announced within next 30 days or so. Once they do, any and all interested parties shall have what they need to contemplate any and all interest. For TGZ, it will come down to whether or not managment pride is bigger than the interests of their shareholders ...more

TGZ has bounced nicely off their lows of $1.74 on tuesday.  Over $1.90 now. As you mentioned parks getting it over $2.00 should help in a stock deal.  I believe that both sides not only TGZ will leave their egos and pride out of the negotiations table and get a deal done. They share a deposit for God's sake. I do not know of any other two gold companies that have as many ...more
