TGZ is down from $1.91 to $1.47 in the......

last 6 trading days on absolutely no news.  It is down 23% since Feb 8th. The interesting fact is that it has done this right before their conference call tomorrow. We already know what they did in Q4 as far as ounces and costs and they even gave their production outlook for 2013.  In other words they already gave guidance. This is what makes this rapid decline even more interesting.  I have been watching TGZ and OLE almost on a daily basis for the past two to three years and my gut says that TGZ is going to make an important announcement soon. An announcement that (considering the stocks direction) will obviously not sit well with TGZ holders.

They are trading at a market cap of $360 million. I believe that that is less than what they have spent on their mill and its upgrade. Could it be that they are going to get diluted in a big way?   Tomorrow should be interesting.  Again this is all speculation and I will probably be proven wrong but I believe that this price action in TGZ is more than just a coincidence.

Tony, I would be happy if you were right but I'm skeptical.  No one likes gold or gold miners right now.  Institutions are dumping and the market is almost back where it was last July - totally in the pits.
