it does not look like they will be able to make any headway on their own.  They need to lengthen their mine life if they want their stock to appreciate.  I do not think they could buy OLE if they wanted to right now. The most logical scenario here is the obvious consolidation of both properties by a major or mid cap.  Low cost of about $700 per ounce and over 10 million ounces.  TGZ having the mill is the key to all of this.

GF Just felt it necessary to inform... The 2013 CiL FS & mineral reserve update (listing total indicated resource of 3.78M oz) was already filed on Feb 4, 2013.  (as a Material Change report Form 52-102F3) OLE filed everything almost immediately after the news releases.  There isn't anything else they need to file. h1

hoosier has a history of giving misinformation and believing he knows it all.   Goldfather was right the exchange requires two seperate reports to be filed and its my understanding OLE expects to do so during next week (apparently there's a short time frame required between both reports). Hey parks I realize that TGZ is not the only option here but you have to figure that whoever may be interested in OLE probably will also be interested in TGZ as they have the mill and the buyer will save hundreds of millions by also buying them out.  Am I correct assuming that? That is exactly what I posted last night parks.  The mill is their Trump card. Without it their market cap would be south of OLE's. This is why I believe that OLE's ounces will eventually be processed through there when and if bought by a third party.

Tony Because I know you mean well and if you promise to not going back to 10 posts a day, did you ever consider a worse case scenario where TGZ and OLE do a jv where TGZ kicks in the mill and OLE the feed and work out a split structure?   At the end of the day OLE should get a deal. Only question is who, when and for how much. All other comments are waste of bandwidth. And that $2, $3+ price
