The way TGZ has been trading.......
it does not look like they will be able to make any headway on their own. They need to lengthen their mine life if they want their stock to appreciate. I do not think they could buy OLE if they wanted to right now. The most logical scenario here is the obvious consolidation of both properties by a major or mid cap. Low cost of about $700 per ounce and over 10 million ounces. TGZ having the mill is the key to all of this.

Goldfather said "They are focused on other Bids from a few others by early May." Appreciate any details you can share or speculate on (while we wait and wait and ...). Thanks

GF Just felt it necessary to inform... The 2013 CiL FS & mineral reserve update (listing total indicated resource of 3.78M oz) was already filed on Feb 4, 2013. (as a Material Change report Form 52-102F3) OLE filed everything almost immediately after the news releases. There isn't anything else they need to file. h1

Thanks parkie for throwing us a bone. If a few of the goofballs here who cause you to leave only knew who you were and how connected you are to this deal, they would be on their knees begging you for real info. Thankfully you still give some of us your knowledge.

You've peaked my interest NDM. Who is he and how is he connected?

Hey parks I realize that TGZ is not the only option here but you have to figure that whoever may be interested in OLE probably will also be interested in TGZ as they have the mill and the buyer will save hundreds of millions by also buying them out. Am I correct assuming that? Thanks as always for your input.

the mill is by far their best asset. Don't let their supporters who come here fool you otherwise.

That is exactly what I posted last night parks. The mill is their Trump card. Without it their market cap would be south of OLE's. This is why I believe that OLE's ounces will eventually be processed through there when and if bought by a third party.

Last thing we need is another JV but I guess if it leads to some value then let it be. Thanks again parks and I do not know if you have noticed but I have been posting much less. I think it makes a lot more sense if they were to merge as it will be considered one entity and be much easier to value the combined company in the future. Thanks pal.

Tony--- Thank you for the info.....Even though report is about one month old , it is reasonable to assume that $1.50 is still their target price today ......Little has changed in the last four weeks....Best Regards , Arlene2

Mackie probably won't re-adjust the target for a few months - notwithstanding anything that happens to this stock or to the market in the interem. Our ticket is a kick-a/ss negotiator. Best-Roro

SPACEDOC------Go bet Mackie........All I commented was that even though the Mackie report that Tony shared with us was about one month old ,that it was reasonable to assume that they had not yet changed it.......Then you were kind enough to point out to all that I was an "idiot"
