Management is going to have to adjust...

their target price for a buyout or a merger.  Last week in an email a fellow shareholder sent me who spoke to DS said that he was told that they would not even consider $.75 per share.  They are looking for at least $1.00. This move in gold should expedite any kind of decision as the project is now worth less.

Tony, Please define "worth less" per your comment in regard to target price and your fellow shareholder...thanks in advanced.

Huckleberry.as the POG had dropped significantly the property is worth less.  They are in the gold business correct?  What do you not understand?

Space when gold was $300 per ounce you could mine it for a quarter of the price of what it costs to mine today. According to OLE's feas study their break even point would be $1000 per ounce. The combination of rising extraction costs and a decline in the POG is what has got us here. By paradigm shift I assume you mean going from one way of thinking to another.  ...more

Tony- thanks for the reply. Ole is in the exploration business. And what I do not get is your definition of worthless. You see, up in the Midwest, something that is worth deems no value. I can't speak for the sunshine state, but I could be wrong.

*worthless*

Huckleberry in my post a couple of days ago I said that because of the collapse of gold the OJVG is worth less not worthless.  That space between the two words makes a huge difference.

Okay, stand corrected. Just another Mr. Obvious statement....got'cha. Thanks.

Huckleberry about the only thing I say has been obvious for the past couple of years is that someday OLE and TGZ will be one.  I still stand by that but OLE will have to wait for a major to come by and scoop up TGZ then OLE at these depressed levels which could easily lead to a double if not more in both stocks. Unfortunately at this point OLE will have to wait.  First you ...more

Yup...I'm sure you're the first one to "call" that one.. Why would a company come in and throw lowball bids for 43.5% of a project? The JV is protected for the short term dysfunction of the markets due to the ownership breakdown of the property. Do you really think the other partners will take $1.00 a share? I'd like to smoke whatever that is you guys have ...more

Huckleberry you double down on TGZ as their mill is the key to this whole area. At these prices for TGZ that should not even be a question.  I live in Doral where there are more Venezuelans than Cubans. What is your issue with ethnicity?  I was born in Miami but I am of Cuban parents and could not be more proud of it.

Love Cuban women...it was a compliment.
