While dumb and dumber will deny and the village idiot frankman will give us his usual childish remarks, I can tell you that a reliable source claims OLE bankers are framing a 1.6 shares of OLE for 1 share of OLE deal. 

In the meantime, the Senegal government is slow on signing off on the TGZ deal announce earlier and not to expect the May 26th date floated by some here as cutoff for OLE 90 day agreement. But both are expected in June and needed to get the end game rolling.

 

Now dumb, dumber and the village idiot can do their thing and we can have our usual cheap laugh at them.

Thanks for the info NDM. Hopefully Senegal can officially sign off on the TGZ deal soon.  Then TGZ can make that public and halt the decline in their stock.  Things are obviously done at a snails pace in Senegal and it is taking a toll on both stocks but as you said we should see some progress by June.

  NDM:   This may be the first time we agree!!! I think 1.6 shares of OLE for each 1 share I have is a great deal. A nice present from management for such a terrible job they have done... Do you read your posts after you write them?     G1
