Hey Space TGZ says that they will have a vote during their...

annual meeting to see if TGZ holders approve the issuance of the shares to buy OLE.  This is only about 3 weeks away.  I personally think they will approve the vote.  As I mentioned before, as far as Bendon I do not think that in this environment they can ask for much more.  What is your take on all of this Space?
