Attention U.S. OLE holders
Just got off phone with Peter Grandich. A mutual friend called him and he spoke to both of us. Very enjoyable conversation.
He did tell me he was concern the tender offer was not available in his state and most others including Florida but he is speaking with TGZ to see what can be done about it.
I know there's Florida OLE holders. As of now you can't tender so call TGZ and see if they will register in your state. Wouldn't that be the ultimate ending to this nightmare OLE story that you can't tender?

ND, i can tender in Fla. Scott charged me $25 bucks. And Parks, i still expect Chet to do something , and I expect a surprise before the 31st.... even if (just) a small sp bump he negotiates to deliver a quicker Deal.... and would they put him on the BOD?

I agree G F. As I said before Tgz is not downplaying Ole. We are part of their main growth plan and will probably pay a little more.
