OLE got *****

First, listen to TGZ President at AGM. He basically says OLE is theirs,, has gov'ernment behind them and Bendor wil come around because the Senegals won't give them any other choice. I bet the thinking is once OLE deal done TGZ shares appreicate enough to where they can raise some cash and give some to Bendor.

Chet got ***** for IR (outside of Grandich when he was engaged) and has ***** cards to play. The share price screams that. Just pray the tender goes throug and we can rid ourselves of this horribloe mgmt team that got real fat at our expense.

strike... you may be new to Ole ( or may not)..... but us Longs have suffered for years and years  w/ NO information on what Ole was doing. NOTHING at all. Thats what ND is talking about.... yes its a mgmt/IR combo, but its IR's job  to get communications out. At times they even put out the wrong PR  (an old pr)..... fwiw, i was thinking something out today by TG saying they ...more

I agree NDM this is pretty much a done deal because TGZ will not stop until they get OLE.  For the 1000th time they both desperately need each other. Unless Chet and Bendon pull a rabbit out of a hat with another bid this is pretty much done.  I still believe we might get a bit more in exchange for an expedited agreement with TGZ.  I do believe that we are entitled to know about any ...more

When you take into account all what we've learned since TGZ's offer, we shouldn't be asking for another bid but instead pray to the Gods the offer by tgz is accepted. The scariest version is remaining OLE shareholders. ILOVENDM has every right to distain IR and all of OLE because they sat on their a$$es and though a deal would be done for two years and never promoted outside of ...more

yes, that is  scary. Can TG get the Tendered Votes. PG did say that TG's Young sounded confident. Mgmt has only about 12% of the Shares, and Institutional is very low as well, (i'm guessing). Here it is a week b4 the agm, and we dont know what mgmt thinks.... continues to be a mystery till the very end.
