Hello, have been a long time holder and "Lurker" of the board...  IR and MGMT have done a brutal job of communications and such with investors and am more than happy to have given the green light on my shares. Is a substantial holding and the only hope of breaking even is with the two companies together.

I feel many posters have all the right in the world to speak of the displeasure with the company as a whole as they have run it to the ground.

I've e-mailed IR asking for clarification about when we should expect management's directive on the tender. I'm not really sure I expect any kind of response, given the experiences of posters here. My brokerage has todl me that June 26th is the last possibke day for me to tender through them, if I want the shares to go through by TGZ'd deadline. FYI, I plan on tendering unless
