The next step would be to get Bendon on board. I am sure that both Chet and Tgz have this as their top priority now. 3% more is better than nothing.

I would expect an agreement with Bendon in the near future (no later than the end of the summer if not sooner).  This would give the investment community much more clarity and confidence in TGZ going forward. TGZ analysts would be able to predict production for the coming years and probably upgrade the stock. Upcoming TGZ q2 earnings will be interesting as they should have more cash to
