so I believe that the possibility of a deal going through and a resolution with Bendon appears to be better than average.  It is way too early to tell but this combination by far has made the most sense for years now.

Lets see waht the sp does, and we'll all watch carefully as to what Bendon does. I would be interested to anyone here that has experience in these type of Mergers. And what the sp usually does. I know Bendon will have a big affect, but does it  (usually)meet the b/o price right away or wait till the Closing time..... and btw, i did hear that Tg can pay Bendon  a different fee  b
