Attorney's Opinion on Voting Shares. Tender All shares!

Gang,  this is straight from an  Attorney privy to Oromins Voting share situation.  They said everyone should tender as some of those 15 states will be resolved by the 6th and thus those shares tendered in the resolved states will be counted !!...   But there is no way Florida or New Jersey will be resolved by then.   Please communicate that to anyone  Oromin. Thanks

  Ok just now learned from a friend who has his shares at  Schwab ... he  just learned seconds ago from Schwab…….that if you don’t tender by  August 1st   .....then they won’t submit your tender after that date.   Touches on Spaces  Schwab  comment...... but does give some of our Ole shareholders out there in the 15 Pending States some ...more
