OLE Canada has traded 3 million shares in the last 10 trading days. How about this reasoning for the spread being eliminated and OLE trading at the deal ratio. Maybe an interested party or interested parties are buying OLE in the open market in time to tender the shares and increase the possibility of getting enough shares tendered to get the deal done.
