I agree with KW delux analysis 100%.
Big pharma is not in the business of stock manipulation.
If they decied to "buy" onc it will be an an all-in offer.
For them to Quietly accumulate? not their bag.
A board decisiion would be made and negotiations would start.
That -said, not is not beyond institutions to aquire on the wisper of news etc.

Yes only 3, but they have quickly advanced to full enrolment.
All open lable & all real time.
Roche will know sson enoghif they want to fund a phase 3 partnership.

Probably that I am wrong and it's not important. We see that often in mining... a big boy taking position in an exploration play after good results. Or a big drop of the SP before a buyout... don't know who could be behind? In TRIL case, if I remember well, we have seen a SP drop just before the buyout. Coincidence probably.
