I've been steadily adding for a couple of months figuring that big news could drop at anytime and catch us off guard. The general quiet leads many to believe the negotiations are in full swing. Hopefully that B/O NR comes when most figure it will (Nov.'22) and hopefully Onc gets an amount close to Noteable's weekly prediction;) GLTA.
