One of the best indicators of a SP bottom is the touting of " delisting" reverse split , etc etc.
I follow Onc sp & a few chat rooms. Those either shorting or looking to buy for less, to get a quick trade seem to get a kick out of baseless predictions.
There actually was a time, not too far away Oncy was trading under $1.
Delisting? First must close under $1, consistently for 90 days. Then Oncy would get a notice to comply.
Assuming worst case. The " process" takes close to a year.
Was a strange time. They did get & publish the NAS notice. I believe was around Aug 2019.
By December of that year the price spiked on huge volumes, to about $4.50 ( NAS).
Why so low, why the spike?
There was delays with news. The shorters were working real hard @ stymieing any good news.
large short % at that time.
December came, news was expected very soon. Mangement bought shares on open market.
Once price was back above $1. The shorts started to cover. The volume & attention created a nice year end rally.
imagine. Instead of blaming, moaning & groaning. Shares could have been bought & sold with almost a 5x increase.
There is little for Onc to publish until June 2-5th. That is hard on the price.
