Althought we are in the last week of waiting about the Bracelet updated data on Saturday and then the kol talk on Monday,  I am also wondering about the other Goblet arms.

We are scheduled (based on the ONCY presentation to have updated results on first line panc in second half of 2023, while they are also waiting to give us some initial results for first and third line colorectal cancer, and anal cancer.

Do we know when these data will be released? Is there a conference at which they are planning to release this data? If so, when is that conference? What about abstracts etc? Have they been submitted?


Anyone with some information to pass on to all of us?

Roche now seems to be a very likely candidate for partnership/buyout. They have tecentriq which seems to work well with pela based on the initial panc results. Tecentriq is licensed for a vast array of cancers and accounts for about 12% of Roche's pharma revenues, IIRC.

Thanks, askretka. That is October 20-24 in Madrid. Abstracts have already been submitted (we hope by ONCY et al). It may be that the AIO constoritium of cancer researchers in Germany are submitting the abstract. So we wait some more. I figure by November we will pretty much know our future.

GOBLET   -  On March 31, 2022. ONCY announced successful completion of the three-patient safety run-in for the third-line mCRC cohort of GOBLET. The first-line mCRC and anal cohorts did not require safety run-ins. I have 2 questions if anyone would care to answer. 1. Would Roche know the up to date status of GOBLET? TIGIT is an immune inhibitory receptor and plays a key role in the suppression of T-cell proliferation and activation. It is also involved in tumor cell evasion, and inhibits an antiviral immune response. Adding pelareorep to an anti-TIGIT like tiragolumab (Roche/Genentech) might be worth investigating.

@Q. Thank you for allowing the possibility of synergy. I thought of it while washing the mid-day dishes, and was not sure if an anti-TIGIT and pelareorep could even be a thing. Lay person. Was not sure about TIGIT inhibiting the antiviral response. AI will guide pharma. I no longer worry about patents as I am trusting that ONC/Y is fully and totally aware that they are getting bought out. To try
