andrew's wife has a number of companies which could be considered somewhat competitive to oncy or at least put andrew in a position of possibly violating any non-compete agreements he might have had under his contract or under his termination agreement. since his agreement provided for termination by either party virtually immediately, unless for cause, and there is no current indication as ...more
