Or simply the right candidate has not been found? since covid. Employees have become hard to come by. a technical writer can work from home. Geography, needs, skills, wages. All part of multitude of variables we know nothing about . side, but more importantly not an issue either way if you find a need to micromanage ONCs employees, perhaps you can get a PhD & apply as ...more
