Hey Canadafan, just trying to confirm my calculations.......how did you arrive at $12.00 a share for every billion dollars a buyout would equate to? Just love talking in the billions

Great question. My comment from memory, I most likely said " about" or " close to" The math is actually simple. $ 1 billion, divided by number of shares. dropping a lot of zeros ( billion has a lot of them) math as follows  $1000/ 76 = $13.15 The 76 is rounded up from the investor presentation number of 75.853 million shares. i said about $12ps being on the ...more

The only difference I see would be any exercised options, correct? Like the ones recently granted to the new guy. We don't know the reason but it was a couple hundred thousand, I think

multiply the current pps by 1,000,000,000 and then divide that by the market cap.
