expiration of options

I do find it interesting that insiders are letting options expire even though they are at a higher price which leads me to believe that the company is not negotiating for a BO but possibly a partnership or maybe not in a blackout anymore. Hard to make sense of it. Mind you if they are not in a blackout then they will soon enough have to declare the other options that had expired.

My point was by letting the options expire then most likely the company is not expecting a Buyout anytime soon or even with a partnership not expecting the sp to get to that price. If something was in the works and the company is in a blackout period then they would not have to let the options delcare as expired as it written within the company docs. We must remember that they have also not

Then why would you let options expire when you don't have to or don't even have to declare them as expired yet if they are indeed in a blackout period. It's like giving away free money if something is in the works. And we don't always have to agree or disagree, was just putting it out there to let people know that the options had expired.

Well you can put anything you want "out-there" but that doesn't mean to say that it has any meaning with anything that is happening behind the scenes. Anyone on the BOD is not going to signal any on-going developments, even if it means "giving awway free money", because money cannot necessarily buy character or reputation - as the past email trail with Peladawn has

I suppose that we will know soon enough. But thus far the scientific evidence  points towards pelareorep being effective, and biomarkers have been identified as surrogate endpoints, predictive diagnostics have been developed for  timely and synergistic addition of pelareorep to ICIs , and the business case for pelareorep as a platform drug to be used in multiple cancers has been clear.

I agree we shall know soon enough, Also I believe that if what I suspect is true then there will also be a notice very soon of more options being handed out to all of the insiders in preparation for release of any pertinant news so if options are issued then expect a pr very shortly after that IMO of course.

Assuming they are in any negotiations what so ever, they would not be able to exercise options. That being they would have insider information the rest of public does not. I'm much more interested in the on- going share price end of day support.
