30 million for breast cancer trial

So , if i heard from the fireside correctly today , they need 30 million to fund the next breast cancer trial . At theses levels that is approximately 30 million shares . They could exercise some of their options and help get the share price up with insider buying . They get it up enough past $3 , then maybe some warrants will get exercised . Between the options and the warrants , they wouldn't have to issue that many additional shares .  At any rate - higher the share price - less dilution . Nice to see some questions being asked today from the attendees , not like the previous fireside . Still wish they would just sell things outright . $500 million would be a win for everyone at this stage , in my opinion .

You're assuming: a) they can pay for the trial... if they go it alone, the dilution will at least halve the pps from here. b) they get approval before the key patents expire in 2027 - the hope is that after starting this trial in Q2 2025, mid trial results are enough to obtain accelerated approval... the phase III then just confirms data whilst they sell product. with b) how long will it

You are always paying a premium for the future in stocks . The question becomes , how big a premium are you willing to pay for something that is still a ways out . I think its not unreasonable for the share price to be hiigher than it sits today . I still maintain that an outright sale is to the benefit of everyone . I can see big pharma being interested in the company at a reasonable valution

Starting at about 22 minutes into the presentation Kirk states that they are powering the study to have a readout at about 2 years at which time if the data presents as they hope to then apply for AA. But first they need to get the trial approved and up and running.
