Got my package on Friday.  Voted to have four BoD members, but withheld vote for two of the nominees.

I'm very dissapointed in the performance and I am much closer to the Blue camp than the management camp.  At this point, if the technology has value, 01 should seek a buyer and Chung et. al. can sail off into the sunset.  Minimally, a strategic review should be started, although I fear the company does not have sufficient funds to support one and still keep the lights on.

This is an ugly mess.  I've written the investment off, in my mind.  Not a big loss, but still a loss.

I gave up on this stock years ago, right after the disaster performance against Citrix.  No point in selling now, will just wait until they shut the doors and then take the loss.  What a waste this has become!

I recall the Citrix fiasco quite clearly.  The contingency law firm did not get thet job done - significant missteps imho.  01 engaged Wilan (at the time) and Wilan went out and got 01 $500K to keep afloat.  Then there was a pizzin contest on legal strategy between the law firm and Wilan, I believe.  Just another example of 01 putting their fortune in the hands of a third party
