Lack of Financial Knowledge is the negative... People just don't get it.  OR.T has spun off Osisko Development while retaining about 80% of the shares. Why is this good???  Depending on how you look at it OR.T has 3 options to make money off of Osisko Development. 1) If an institution wants to buy into ODV, rather than print new shares, OR can sell off some of its 80% of shares and
