Orea Terminates Letter of Intent to
Acquire Colombia Project

Vancouver, BC, Canada, March 25, 2021, Orea Mining Corp. (“Orea”) (OREA: TSX) (OREAF: OTCQX) (3CG: FRA) announces that it has terminated a letter of intent to acquire a gold project in Colombia (see news release dated January 7, 2021).

The decision to terminate was made after the completion of a detailed due diligence evaluation, which included a site visit. There is no break fee associated with the termination.

Orea continues to evaluate opportunities and remains committed to adding quality gold projects to its portfolio.
