Important to remember - it is all about the total tons of the Santo Tomas deposit. As we can now see, Brasiles will be a player. North Zone is coming along nicely and South Zone will be reporting infill and confirmatory drilling this year. Once adding it all up becomes clear, it wil be easy to forecast a mill rate. The Rule: A larger mill rate = higher revenue = higher NPV = Higher seling price

What are your thoughts on Oroco compared to Josemaria? Jose's pre-tax NPV is a very impressive $2.37B with processing capacity of 152,000 t/day. Yet, it sold for only $625m. Those are good points. I noticed the huge capex for Jose but I was unsure how it will compare with Santo Tomas. Strip ratio in Jose is 0.98 over 19 years, which I think is pretty good. Thornton's historical data for ST shows the strip ratio at 1.9 in the NZ. We expect it will be much better eventually, but is it going to significantly beat 0.98? Jose requires a 28 km long water supply line

Table 1-1 in the Jose-Maria technical report (SRK Consulting, 2020) shows a measured resource estimate of 197 million tonnes at an average 0.43% Cu grade and an indicated resource estimate of 962 million tonnes at an average 0.26% Cu grade, using a cut-off of 0.1% CuEq. The low cut-off grade is how they propose to run 19 years of production with a 150 ktpd mill. Table 22-3 presents their
