Once PDL pays off their Debt

then it wouldn't surprise me if they declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share every year. This would give Brookfield $55 million cash each year with preferential tax treatment. PDL will be making enough revenue and cash flow to do this. Also, the share price will be a lot higher! This down move is just a temporary head fake before the next rise. GLTA Longs.
