xdivy fast approaching
on thursday and were in a messy/noisy market due to numb nuts(the chosen one) palladium price holding up. PDL will come out the other side of this with a nice tail wind mes thinks.

Settlement is usually 3 days so I believe you had to purchase PDL today in order to qualify for the dividend. September 1st is on Saturday! GLTA PDL Longs.

Ex Div date is August 29, so must buy by end of trading Aug 28 to get divi.

Just so I get this right before I buy more shares right now. You would have to own the shares on the 28th to get the special dividend .....so you would have to have bought them on the 27th? You cannot buy them on the 28th to qualify? Thanks

Incorrect. Ex-div day is today - August 29. So if you bought shares yesterday - Aug 28 - then you got the dividend. Any shares purchased today willNOT get you the div. However, you will receive the dividend on any shares sold today.
