Perhaps the .35 special dividend is coing later? I assumed they would both be paid together...

same here. Recent financial report implies that they will be paid as one transaction... "Reflecting on the operating and financial performance during the second quarter, the Board approved a dividend of $0.45 per share payable to common shareholders of record as of September 1, 2019.
