Not sure why they are , but CC taking profits, ( or shortselling)  and maybe moving funds to divvy paying splitfunds,  as for most of  them  this is the last day to buy for distributions in OCTOBER.
The shakedown continues it appears. Canaccord average sell price on over 18,000 shares is under 18.30! appears they are attacking  as bid strength was weak...
