Approx. 210 M shares and EPS(ttm) of $2.44 giving it a Mkt Cap of $12.9 Billion.

PDL with a lot less shares (approx. 58.8M) and higher EPS(ttm) of $2.85 CDN per share has a much smaller Mkt Cap of approx. $1.136 Billion.
