So PDL trading @ $19.60 and ABX trading @$23.60.
Barrick Gold can offer 1 for 1 share to Brookfield.
ABX has a huge tax loss book to take advantage of PDL earnings and PDL will be Accretive right away to ABX ‘s bottom line.
