Brookfield
The way I read it, the common shareholder gets $19.74 in cash and Brookfield gets $16.00 in cash on closing.
So Brookfield has accepted a much lower dollar per/share just to move this company out of their portfolio.
That to me looks like a h ell of a deal for the buyer??? It only now makes sense that we get another bid or even multiple bids.

If there is another bid. My thought is that they will only raise what Brookfield is getting. Bcuz they don’t need to make us happy. They need to make Brookfield happy. I’m on the very edge for selling.

Anything is possible but the stock may just go higher once this is digested. It does not seem fair on any metrics.

I see no reason to sell under the offer price unless you need the cash soon. Brookfield NR states that they expect the deal to close in Q4 2019. I can wait to see if there is a better offer.

The old saying..."a fool and his/her money are soon departed" applies here if you sell...smart money is buying mes thinks...one way are another an equivalent value will be mid 20's.
