Plenty of questions.........

being raised after such a confusing, low, low offer accepted yesterday. In my 30 years of trading I cant recall a “takeout” being offered/accepted at current day trading value???? Investors purchased/ held shares at considerable risk with possibility that a take over might happen.......this deal does not seem fair to shareholders- shareholders who risked their capital anticipating that a take over might indeed occur. The markets are free/open??????........... difficult to feel that way with this transaction. Retail investors lose with this deal- my opinion.

Hi all, I am new to this thread but not new to this stock as I was a debenture holder before Brookfield every lent the previously inept management any money.  I can't believe that with a small subsequent purchase last year I will be able to recover my entire investment after the severe dilution I suffered. All to say, the current retail shareholders are not being unfairly treated by the ...more
