Need some help understanding

If we did have multiple bidders. How long typically does it take for another bidder to come along and make an offer?? I don’t have much experience in this....

any help thanks.

It can happen at anytime and all it needs is a NR that mentions that another company or several companies have expressed interest in the company ( Expression of Interest). This will get the SP rising. If another clean offer comes in then we really go higher. Many ways to structure another offer. Impala had been sniffing around for a bit and had made the deal with Brookfield and then by chance the ...more

The break fee increases from 24.5mil to 37.7mil in respect to 30 day go shop time frame, so they whoever that maybe would save 13.2mil if its done before 30 days...hmmm.
