Very strange price action in the stock price this morning. High volume pushing it down well below the agreed buyout price offered to retail. Is it even conceivable that Brookfield is selling some of it's holdings to capture a higher price than they accepted?

I think people are giving up hope of another offer coming in.  Unfortunately, the market penalizes miners who diversify, thus narrowing possible bidders for PDL to a select few.
