just makes this deal look even worse but like I said before, the cards are on the table and they are all face up. It is open season for any other company to make an offer.
Are they waiting for the Q3 results to confirm certain things??? Hard call at this point but these things do come out of the blue and before you know it we have a halt on the stock.
Just waiting it out either way.
