Earnings Out

Earnings out and records set using any and all metrics.

Items worth a mention:
- No quarterly dividend!!!! (No special or regular will be paid)
- Cash on the balance sheet of nearly $70m that will be going to the purchaser (will only increase based on the current palladium price)
- No conference call information in news release so we will not hear from management and chances are we will not be hearing from management until the deal is finalized (whether it be the current deal or a better deal (I have my fingers crossed))

To summarize, unless something better comes along, THAT'S ALL SHE WROTE FOLKS!!!!
