Kick in the nads.........
I would say........why we even lost the grocery $$$$$. I mean most of us may have received $20/$100 in the regular divvy........so, we get bought out on a previous close , lose the dividends as well??.........words escape me. Little guy got battered I guess.........

The no regular dividend part really hurt the most. By the end of the year there will be close to 120 mil in the bank. Could have been a 2$ special dividend. This does not make much sense. Implats is laughing at us right about now.

Yes, I was expecting the qrtly divy at least...should I stay or should I go now as the old song goes?? If you listen to Gallagher at the conference in the fall he was telling all who listened to forget the precious metal stocks and climb on board the PDL train while knowing full well that the deal was in the works, zero respect is all I can say.
