PTX Metals is pleased to complete the sale of its Dorothy Pr

 		"PTX Metals is pleased to complete the sale of its Dorothy Project in NW Ontario to Heritage Mining Ltd.

 		We will proceed forward as both an equity position in HML and royalty holder. More importantly we keep our focus and resources on our two-flagship assets: 1) W2 Cu Ni PGE project and 2) South Timmins Gold Projects joint venture with Fancamp. PTX has completed its phase 1 drill program at W2 Project and work is underway in Timmins. We will announce further updates in the near future."
