Due Diligence

Things are getting interesting! I have followed BKM for years, I had a small position which I sold before the initial permit denial and have sat on the side lines till recently. I have taken a small position and have done a lot of DD to try to understand where BKM is at. There are a lot of pieces in this puzzle. The wheels of government agency's can turn slooow. As I said I have a small position and have no hidden agenda. Revieveing gov't filings they repeatedly seen to indicate they didn't recieve info from BKM in a timely manner. Is this politics? Did someone get pissed off and it turned into a pissing match?? I have no axe to grind with anyone just looking for honest non bias info. I know a lot of shareholders have held for a long time hoping for a positive result. Time marches on!!! I hope the review has a positive outcome. My concern is they deny the permit. My hope is they approve the permit and things can progress rapidly from there. Either way we will find out shortly.

When the phony, Sair review was bestowed upon pbm they would not tell John what info they wanted for the sair told him to figure it out. The liberal gov't could find anything they wanted to know as everything was in our previous ea submission. How low could a government go well as low as possible. How do you deal with phony people who can't even tell you what they want, and it's just ...more

I think the fact that BKM has been allowed to go with their original submission after the Further Assessment Order was rescinded, with no change to the EAO 2012 assessment is great news.  The fact it came in the near same time frame as the land/cash settlement with LBN must mean something positive in terms of granting the Certificate.  If not, well...with aforementioned facts considered ...more

Mines Minister who is Hon. Bruce Ralston and Environment Minister Hon. George Heyman will make the final decision on our Environmental Assessment Certificate.

Quick question gldsil, if you had a position in Booker prior to the initial permit denial, why would you have sold before the decison was announced? This is the first time I heard of someone selling before the denial of the permit was announced. Just curious. IMO, I think the long time holders have loaded up all they can on the stock already, with a few more shares added when possible(like ...more

I sold for a few reasons, it was not a core position for me, I was up 30% and chose to reallocate funds else where. I watched it run after I sold but decided not to chase it. My recent purchase of BKM is up close to 100% so I can sell 1/2 and have a free ride or put a trailing stop loss and see how that turns out. I'm fortunate I don't have 10-15 yrs of time and capitol tied up in BKM. I ...more
